UK ORDERS

• UK orders less than £30 will be charged a flat delivery cost.
• UK orders above £30 will be posted at no charge.
• Duties and taxes are included for UK orders.
• For UK orders, standard delivery time is 2-4 working days after dispatch.
• You will receive an order confirmation email and be provided with tracking number once order is dispatched.
• You have 14 days after receiving your order to request a return. See returns for further details.

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS

• For international orders, delivery costs will be calculated at checkout.
• For international customers, there may be additional duties and taxes payable upon receipt.
• For international orders, standard delivery time is 7-14 days depending on customer location.
• You will receive an order confirmation email and be provided with tracking number once order is dispatched.
• You have 14 days after receiving your order to request a return. See returns for further details.

RETURNS AND EXCHANGES

• We aim for the highest quality of service. However, in the unlikely event that you are not totally satisfied with your purchase, you may request a refund on unworn, undamaged and unused item(s). This excludes all beauty, intimates, and made-to-order items.
• We offer free domestic returns for UK customers. For non-domestic returns the customer will need to pay shipping fees.
• You have 14 days after receiving your order to request a return.
• Items must be returned in original packaging with tags/ labels included.
• Item(s) must be returned to us within 7 days of the refund being approved.
• We will only refund the value of the item(s) purchased and not the original delivery charge.
• For exchanges, please place a new order for the desired item and request a refund of the unwanted item.
