At Nia Ballerina, we are passionate about promoting diversity and inclusivity in the world of ballet. Our brand was born out of the desire to create representation for little girls who are passionate about ballet but may feel excluded due to the lack of diversity in products available. It all started with the Nia Ballerina music box, inspired by the love of ballet of my own daughter. I wanted her to see herself reflected in her passion, but when I couldn't find a music box with a black ballerina figurine, I decided to create my own. The success of our first product was overwhelming, and we quickly expanded our line to include the Nia Ballerina Doll, Rucksack, Jigsaw Puzzles, Clothing, and other gift items.

Our goal is to empower little girls of all backgrounds and provide them with representation in the world of ballet. We are currently working on a series of books about the adventures of Nia Ballerina, and we hope to add other ballerina characters to our collection to further promote diversity.
