Made using the amazing Wiri Wiri and Tiger Teeth chilis, which are indigenous to Guyana. Starting with refreshing cucumber, black pepper, a blend of Guyanese thyme, and green mango, the palette is assaulted by the tantalising taste of Wiri Wiri.

Pat & Pinky's is a Guyanese brand getting us to expand our concept of Caribbean food beyond the West Indian islands and Jerk Chicken!
Pat realised that the much-prized Wiri Wiri chilli, which is an essential part of Guyana’s vibrant cuisine, was actually little known elsewhere and he decided to give it the attention he felt it deserved. Using the distinctive cherry-shaped chillis, along with local herbs and spices, he created his own delicious, spicy sauce recipes, and Pat and Pinky’s was born.
