RO's Fire  Sauce

Spice up your meals with our RO's Fire Sauce! Made with scotch bonnets, roasted shallots, smoked garlic, and ginger, this no-vinegar hot sauce packs a fruity punch. Perfect for marinating, dressing, or adding a touch of bold heat to any dish. Take a risk and try something new!

Ingredients: Scotch Bonnet (30%), Bell pepper, Onion, Sunflower oil, Shallot, Ginger, Garlic, Lemon Juice, Salt, Clove.

- No added sugar.

- No artificial colour.

- No artificial Flavours.

- No added Gluten or Dairy.

1/4 teaspoon  - mild heat and flavour to a bowl of soup.

1 teaspoon to marinade  - 150g meat, chicken or fish.

1 - 2 teaspoon(s) for salad dressing or mayonnaise for a tingly relish.
