An aromatic blend of red peppers, tomatoes and shallots. A modern take on the West African base for stews or pottage. A savoury sauce with a subtle sweet taste.
Ready to eat as a Dip or Stir in. Great with plantain chips, rice, pasta, meat, fish and vegetable dishes.
Ingredients: Red Pepper (33%), Tomato, Onion, Shallot, Sunflower Oil, Scotch Chillies Bonnet, Salt, coriander, turmeric, cumin, ginger, garlic, galangal, lemongrass, white pepper, cayenne

RO's Cooking Suggestion:
Season and cook your choice of meat, fish, pulses or vegetables, as desired. Add your Pepper sauce with 50ml stock, bring to a simmer for about 10mins, stirring gently. Leave to rest. Serve with rice, pasta, root vegetable or tuber.
