Refund & Exchange Policy

  • We aim for the highest quality of service. However, in the unlikely event that you are not totally satisfied with your purchase, you may request a refund on unworn, undamaged and unused item(s). This excludes all beauty, intimates, and made-to-order items.

  • We offer free domestic returns for UK customers. For non-domestic returns the customer will need to pay shipping fees.

  • You have 14 days after receiving your order to request a return.

  • Items must be returned in original packaging with tags/ labels included.

  • Item(s) must be returned to us within 7 days of the refund being approved.
  • We will only refund the value of the item(s) purchased and not the original delivery charge.

  • For exchanges, please place a new order for the desired item and request a refund of the unwanted item.
